Sarah Ahmad Shazali is the Research Administrator at Health Research South, a unit providing research support within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Otago. She supports research-related administrative functions, contributing to services such as biostatistics consultation, research advice from advisers like Dr Edwin Meijerink, Ali Cameron, and Dr Bianca Dobson, locality authorisation processes for Te Whatu Ora – Southern and the University of Otago, grants and contracts administration, and clinical trials management. Her role ensures smooth operational support for health research initiatives at the university. Office hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
